When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Shipping labels are printed and processed 1-3 days prior to orders shipping. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following business day.
Do you ship to my area?
Noe + Roe ships nationwide! All orders will ship for a flat rate of $6.95 for Standard US Shipping (5-6 business days), $14.95 for Preferred Shipping (3-5Business Days), and $39.95 for Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) ***within the US.
Do you offer local pickup?
Noe + Roe Boutique offers free local pickup in Palm Harbor, FL on any order.
Here's how to order locally:
Begin the checkout process on our website. Select the box that says "Ship to" and click "Change". Tabs will appear with options for "Ship" and "Pickup". Select "Pickup" and fill in all the requested information. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email with the information you need for pickup.
Once an order is placed, fulfilled, and you have been alerted your package is ready for pickup, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Why is my shipment delayed?
You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or canceled. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and UPS/USPS delays that are beyond our control. Please contact us if you can't find your order.
My order never arrived?!
Please contact your local post office first to see if they can assist you in locating your package. Please allow 2-3 business before contacting us from the date of the delivery scan. This allows the postal service time to re-route your package. If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
**Noe + Roe is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!), we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit.
Refunds - We do not offer returns for refunds to the original form of payment.
Store Credit - Items must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of being delivered. Store credit will be issued for qualifying items.
Size Exchanges- Please specify on the return form what exchange size you would like, and include the form in the package when you send it back to us. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the item.
Final Sale- All sale items are final sale. This includes items mark with a price ending in .50, Flash Sale, Doorbuster, and all orders made during Power Hour sales. Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Bodysuits, Hair Accessories, and intimates are also considered Final Sale.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or any other stains/distress. Items will not be accepted if these requirements are not met.
**You will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you. Our customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of sending the item(s) back. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For returns on pre-orders, you have 14 days from the day that you received the order by mail or local pick up. Please fill out the return form and include it with your original invoice in the package when it is sent back to us. Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email from customer service with your store credit or exchange order once processed.

What is your Exchange Policy?
Size Exchanges- Please specify on the return form what exchange size you would like, and include the form in the package when you send it back to us. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the item.
When will I receive my Refund?
Noe + Roe Boutique does not offer returns for refunds to the original form of payment.
What is Noe + Roe Boutique's return address?
Before shipping your return, please:
Make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) on the Return Form required with your return. Use the courier of your choice to return your item(s). Remember Noe + Roe boutique does not offer free returns.

Please allow 3-4 business days for our store to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
You will receive a notification of your online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.

How do I become a NR Ambassador?!
Visit our Ambassador Page (located in the footer). There, you can find out more info on the perks of becoming a Noe + Roe Gal and how to sign up!
Will I automatically be accepted as an Ambassador?
No, all brand ambassador submissions will be manually reviewed by our Marketing Team. You will be notified via email if your submission has been approved! We will be reviewing submissions weekly, so if it has been more than a week since you've applied, please reach out to hello@noeandroe.com with your name, email and date of application!
Is there a follower count minimum to become a Noe + Roe Gal?
We do not have the following minimum but rather look at quality of posts and engagement.
How and when do I get my commission?
We will pay out commissions earned the second Friday of every month. However, commission will not be paid out until you have earned at least $100. Commissions will be paid via PayPal, Venmo or NOE + ROE gift card. Please make sure you select how you'd like to receive payment as soon as you sign-up, so you don't miss a payment.
Can my ambassador code be used with other discounts?
No, discount codes cannot be combined. If we are hosting another sale, it is recommended you offer your affiliate link to your audience so you can still get credited via cookie tracking for the referral and they can still take advantage of a sale greater than 15%.
What is my password for my affiliate account?
Your temporary password for your affiliate account will be shared via your welcome email upon approval to the program. After logging in, you must reset your password.
How do I reset my password?
Please visit our ambassador wesbite and log in, then: Home Page > Settings > Sign-in Method > Reset Password
If you are having trouble logging in, contact us to have your password reset to a temporary password.
Can I edit my ambassador code?
Yes! We ask that they represent you and our brand. However, please keep the code family friendly ;) Any renamed coupon codes that are inappropriate or don't fit our brand will be removed, and you will subsequently be removed from the program.
